Position Descriptions
-Sponsorship Coordinator
This person is responsible for actively seeking sponsorships for our program. We have a Sponsorship program and package. We need someone to assist in its revision, and to execute the program.
-Club Manager
This person will coordinate all needs of the club re: track meets, equipment, uniforms, etc. This person will also be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for track meets, and coordinating with the Parent/Volunteer Coordinator to ensure all forms are completed prior to travel, and all Chaperones are set for the trip.
-Communications/Social Media
This person is responsible for marketing and advertising of our club. This includes: capturing pictures and videos of our coaches and athletes in action; posting activities and performance on our social media platforms; communicating with all local news outlets; and developing marketing material. This individual will also assist the Registrar in ensuring our website remains up-to-date with current club information.
-Parent/Volunteer Coordinator
This person is responsible for working directly with the Club Manager to ensure Parent Chaperones are assigned for each travel trip. This person will also coordinate the assignment of volunteers for needed events (i.e., Flier’s meets, Associations and Regional meets, community events, etc…).
Our Road to Nationals
We need your help. Every year we have athletes qualify for the Junior Olympics National Championships. Some of those athletes are unable to make the trip to Nationals due to financial reasons. The 2024 registration is now open for middle school and High School age athletes. Registration for youth, open and masters will open at a later date. Please contact your coach for season details.

Kitsap Fliers Track and Field

The mission of the Kitsap Fliers is to encourage and assist youth (ages 6-18) to develop physically, mentally, socially and spiritually through a competitive track program. The track club provides specific and individualized attention to the whole athlete while stimulating interest in, and encouraging the pursuit of, collegiate and advanced studies.
Our Purpose: To promote life skills, health and well being through the sport of track and field. We are committed to teaching all phases of track and field, good health, top-notch sportsmanship, teamwork and individual self-esteem.
